Experience: Mr. Shaw was born and raised in Northern Utah where he attended and graduated from Bear River High School and later Utah State University. He then moved to Sacramento, California where he attended law school at the University of the Pacific. After graduating from law school, Mr. Shaw practiced law throughout the state of California from 2004 to 2008 where he worked exclusively in insurance subrogation gaining extensive litigation experience in negligence, product liability, municipal liability, inverse condemnation, premises liability, motor vehicle, trespass, nuisance, breach of contract and fraud cases. Mr. Shaw returned to Utah in 2008 where he has handled cases involving immigration issues, personal injury and fraud.
